SPECIFICATION
Structure - R.C.C. framed structure foundation with 250 mm thick external brick walls and inner walls 125 mm rendered with cement plaster.
Exterior Walls -
- ISI marked weather coat paint finish.
Interior Walls - Plaster of Paris with a coat of primer over it.
Windows - Aluminium sliding windows with glass panelling.
Doors - Polished flush door on main entrance with sal wood frames, magic eye, safety chain. All other doors to be water proof flush door painted with synthetic enamel over a coat of primer.
Kitchen - Polished green marble counter top with stainless steel sink and glazed tiles dado upto 2'0" height.
Bath Room - Anti skid floor tiles with glazed tiles upto 6'0" height with good quality C.P. fittings and ISI grade sanitary fixtures. Provision for hot Et cold water in both bathrooms.
Flooring - Marble or vitrified tiles flooring.
Water Supply - Provision of round the clock water supply through deep borewell.
Electrical Fittings - ISI marked concealed copper wiring with modular switches Fr sockets of reputed make.
T.V. It Television - Telephone point, TV/ Cable points to be provided.
Generator - Standard make sound proof generator.
